Interviews With The Restaurant Owners

We are all very passionate and involved in the food world. Therefore we have connections with many owners of the restaurants we will be attending in the podcast. For example, we will be going to The Pie Hole, Brix and Mortar, and The Basil Pasta Bar. We will be interviewing the owners of these restaurants to get some more insight into their dishes.

It is very important to give credit to the people who run the restaurants, as we are critiquing their food. Some examples of some of the questions we will be asking are: “what is your favorite dish?”, or “ What ingredients are used in this dish?”, or “ how fresh are your ingredients?”. We will be critiquing the food and guessing some of the dishes’ ingredients. We will also want to try all the most popular dishes at the various restaurants, therefore we will ask the owners and workers what those dishes are.

Our goal by interviewing the restaurant owners is to give the restaurant more attention by putting it in our podcast and in return, they can promote our podcast in their restaurant. We are excited to try new foods and understand the way these restaurants work, and the mindset behind all of their food.
